Workout of the Day

DB Row 3 sets run the rack from 30lbs down to 8lbs completing as many reps at each weight as possible

The workout Saturday was tough. All the reps were for 15, so much harder. There were times that I wanted to not finish and call it a day, but I fought thru it. Good work out.
