Leg ext 4x6-15
Giant set:
Front Squat 3x10
Leg press 3x10
Hack Squat 3x10
Jump Squat 3xF

After a week off from the gym and getting fat, I was back to it today. It felt great to be back in the gym. I am noticing a differnce already with your workout. Can't wait for round 2
