Saturday's workout
It is supposed to be a GREAT weekend. I challenge you to get 1-2 hours of physical activity outside on saturday.
Go for a walk
Ride your bike
Take your kid to the park
Rake leaves
The goal is to NOT stop. Don't take your kid to the park, and sit your butt on the bench while he runs around. Get up and move, chase him, play tag, and keep moving!

I didn't get to be outside today but I went to PLC and swam laps in the pool. I couldn't do very many laps so I did other things like bicycle kicks etc for an hour.
Today I did 3 miles outside before we went to church. I walked the last half mile or so. It was in about 45 minutes. My Garmin thought I was biking so I had to reset it at one point.
I walked three miles both Saturday and Sunday along with golf specific stretches and strengthing excercises
