Tuesdays workout

5 minute bike level 20 as hard as you can, level 5 recovery repeat for 5 minutes
Run/walk 2 miles as fast as you can; post your times

lunges 3x10
assisted chinups or reverse latpulls 3x10
close grip bench press or lying tricep extension 3x10

35 minutes on the 2 miles (treadmill), jeez!

I did 2 miles in 24 minutes. I am finally getting a little faster. I have had an exercise challenge week. I am traveling for work and when I got here on Sunday, I found out the hotel does not have a gym so they gave me a pass to a gym they are affiliated with. When I got to the gym on Sunday night, it was closed. The gym that had an IHRSA passport was also closed.

So finally I found a gym that honored the IHRSA pass from Prairie Life and last night it was so challenging to find the equipment for the weight training.

I did see they were offering a Zumba class and it looked really fun. I may have to try that because I noticed PLC is offering that class.
